This form allows you to request a room swap with another student. Please complete all sections below, providing your information and as many details as you can of the student you wish to swap with. Be sure both you and your proposed room swap partner submit this form, as both submissions are required for the request to be reviewed.

Before submitting, please review the acknowledgments to ensure you understand the guidelines and any potential costs associated with different room types. Note that this form serves as a request only, and a room swap will proceed only if both students agree.

Students should anticipate a response to their request in 7-10 business days to give our assignments team time to review requests.

I acknowledge and am aware that certain room types, such as suite-style, apartment-style, or pod-style accommodations, may come with additional costs. If I am approved for one of these options, a $250 deposit is required within 48 hours to secure the space; otherwise, my reservation may be canceled.
I acknowledge and understand that both myself and the person who I am requesting to swap rooms with must both complete this form in order for the request to be reviewed by University Student Housing.
